PURPOSE OF SITE
The purpose of the site, www.WAHMsForHire.com is to provide our members with the ability to post tasks they need completed for their business and/or bid on projects that they can work on. Customers are members who wish to have a project or task done and post projects. WAHMsForHire, Freelance Moms, or WaHMS for Hire are used throughout the site and refer to the members who bid on project or tasks that they want to work on.

USAGE
Please do not use this site without its intended purpose. Please do not post projects that may be considered offensive and may be considered unsuitable to the work at home theme we portray on the site. We do reserve the right to cancel any membership at any time.
TRANSACTIONS
Customers are charged a small fee to post a project or task, this fee can change by us at any time and is displayed on the web site. Customers are also given an amount of $1 as a sign up bonus and we reserve the right to change this amount at any time. WAHMsForHire, Work at Home Moms or WAHMS or Freelance Moms are also rewarded when they complete a task. They are paid the bid amount from their customer and a small percentage is given to www.wahmsforhire.com. These fees are also displayed on the site and can change at any time. Our goal is to keep the fees low, appealing to many business owners in the Work at Home Community.
FINAL PAYMENT - ESCROW
Once the fees are put into escrow, they next step is releasing the fees to the Freelancer, if this does not take place for whatever reason, a good explanation should be made as to why the task was not completed as per requirements. But any refusal to complete the payment upon successful completion, will be deemed as fraudulent and the member will be removed from the site. We will do our best to intervene and come up with a solution as best as we can when this occurs. |
