How does it work

Wahms or Work atHome Moms for Hire are folks who have a talent or specialty and can perform tasks for other new business owners or WAHM's. THey are also people who want to help out other business owners or want to help promote their own business by making a presence by completing jobs. This category of members will bid on projects and come up with a fee they think will suit their needs. Once they perform the task, the customer releases funds to them and they can cash out using PayPal.

Customers are folks who need something done or a special task to be completed. They may need a banner or a graphic, some articles written, content for a web site, some small technical task to be complete, or even just some advice. Customers can be new Work at Home Moms that have a business and want to get their web site going, or maybe need some advice. They may need some recipes for their recipe section, or perhaps just a banner. But customers are the members who will Post Projects in hopes they get bids from our Freelance members.

Members who sign up as WAHMS for Hire (WFH) get paid by our customers who need a task done. THe Customer posts a project and the WFH will then bid on the job and if they are chosen., they are given an amount of time to complete the task and if they do so as per the requirements of the Customer, they the customer will release funds to them and they can cash out.

Freelance Moms will pay 5% of total bid amount and the Customer will pay 5% of total bid amount. So for example, if a WFH has just completed a task to build a banner for a WAHM in need of a banner for their website, and the final bid amount was $20, then the WFH who did the work will pay us $1, and the WAHM who needed the banner also pays us just $1. There are no other fees. Customers do have to pay the WFH whatever they agree on for bid amount. We will monitor the bids as we do not want people to be bidding too high. This is supposed to be a place where small tasks are needed. There will be no Ecommerce systems being built or Complete Web sites, if you are interested in something like that, you will not find it here.

You can post any type of project work you like. This site caterers to Work at Home Moms and we anticipate that the projects will relate to getting their business started. Projects here will be small tasks that will not take long to do...As mentioned before, if you need a complete web site design or an ecommerce system, then look elsewhere. There are also many sites that handle such involved tasks. If you need a banner, graphic, content for your web site, recipes, ebook help, advice, small technical help, small script help, then this is the place for you. We think that experience is a great asset, and if you have something you can do, give or share with folks just starting out, then that is the best help you can give. By the same token, if you are stuck on something, you will have access to all these experienced biz owners who are willing to help.

Sure! The site caters to Work at Home Moms, but we welcome all folks who have a business and need help or have something to offer. We want to give everybody a chance..The more members we have, the better we can help our Work at Home Moms and others as well. But we must emphasize, the projects will be monitored by their level of complexity. if we feel it is out of the scope of our freelancers, we will remove the task. We also would like to keep the bids prices down. The charm of this site is based on building relationships and getting the help we need with little effort and cost.
